[origin: WO2020225632A1] Method for determining the presence of fetal chromosomal aneuploidies by means of non-invasive analysis of the fetal DNA present in a sample of maternal blood previously taken from the pregnant woman, said method being characterized in that the DNA analysis is based on direct and quantitative cfDNA analysis using the ddPCR technique, said method providing for the use of a mathematical and bioinformatic analytical system which correlates the diagnostic result with the reciprocal ratios of the counts obtained for each chromosome of the fetal DNA.
