In at least one support region (P1, P2a, P2b), the shoulder (20; 20a) is oversized (22) relative to the associated receiving portion (25; 25a) to facilitate captive engagement in the receiving portion (25; 25a), and, at a distance from the at least one support region (P1, P2a, P2b), the shoulder is undersized (23) relative to the associated receiving portion (25; 25a) to facilitate assembly-simplifying engagement in the receiving portion (25; 25a).
