The invention also relates to a packaging method comprising the following steps: providing a container (10); arranging the tray (20) in the container (10); arranging at least one stopper (50) in the cavity (21); sealing the porous lid (40) on the container (10); the container (10) is placed in at least one sealed bag and the bag is evacuated.

L'invention porte sur un système d'emballage (100) pour bouchons médicaux (50) formés d'une coiffe (51) surmontant un obturateur (52), le système d'emballage (100) comprenant : une cuve (10); au moins un plateau (20) munis de logements (21) accueillant chacun un bouchon médical (50) disposé de sorte que la coiffe (51) délimite avec une face supérieure (20a) du plateau (20) un compartiment (53) fermé pour isoler individuellement l'obturateur (52), le plateau (20) étant placé dans la cuve (10) ; et un opercule poreux (40) scellé sur la cuve (10). L'invention porte de plus sur un procédé d'emballage comprenant les étapes suivantes : fournir une cuve (10); disposer un plateau (20) dans la cuve (10) ; disposer au moins un bouchon (50) dans un logement (21) ; sceller un opercule poreux (40) sur la cuve (10) ; placer la cuve (10) dans au moins une sache étanche, et mettre la sache sous vide.
