Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2020234088A1] The invention relates to a vibratory disc mill device (10) for comminuting feed material, in particular feed material having a particle size of less than 20 mm, in particular designed to grind the feed material to particles sizes of less than 75 µm, comprising: - a mill housing (11); - a grinding system (13) which is arranged in the mill housing in such a way that the grinding system can vibrate, and which has a grinding chamber (13.1) and at least one grindstone which is movably arranged in the grinding chamber; - at least one eccentric shaft drive (14) which is mounted in the mill housing and produces the vibratory motion in the grinding chamber; - at least two eccentric shafts (15); - a compensating mass unit (13) which is connected to the eccentric shaft drive and is designed to compensate for unbalance; wherein the grinding chamber (13.1) is coupled to the eccentric shafts (15) by means of at least one materially resilient articulated-attachment unit (17). This also allows improved operating conditions. The invention also relates to the use of an articulated-attachment unit for the materially resilient mounting of the grinding system of the vibratory disc mill.
