A point of application (18) of the spring device (10) along the threaded portion (17) can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting element (19a) about the axis of rotation (R), the axis of rotation (R) of the adjusting element (19a) and the longitudinal direction (L) of the threaded portion (17) forming an angle relative to one another. The angle formed by the axis of rotation (R) of the adjusting element (19a) and the longitudinal direction (L) of the threaded portion (17) relative to one another can be changed as the at least one actuating arm (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e) is moved.
