[origin: WO2020230052A1] A weighing system (1) for filling capsules (100) with a product, each capsule (100) having a body (100a), comprises: a weighing unit (2; 102) with a weighing cell (3) and a gripping element (7; 107) connected to the weighing cell (3) by means of a loading stem (4) and provided with a housing (17; 117) for receiving and/or retaining a capsule (100) or a body (100a) to be weighed; a connecting element (5) rigidly fixed to the loading stem (4) and slidably and elastically supporting the gripping element (7; 107) that is movable between a measuring position (A), wherein the gripping element (7; 107) is completely supported by the loading stem (4) and spaced from an abutment wall (10) of the weighing unit (2; 102) by elastic means (6), and an end-stroke position (B) reached by contrasting the thrust of the elastic means (6), wherein the gripping element (7; 107) abuts the abutment wall (10).
