[origin: WO2020234323A1] The invention relates to a culinary article (1) comprising a metal cap (2) having a bottom wall (21) and a side wall (31) rising around the bottom wall (21), said bottom wall (21) having an internal face (211) for cooking food and an external face (212) intended to be arranged in proximity to a heat source. According to the invention, said cap (2) is a stamped or flow-formed aluminum alloy sheet of the 6000 or 5000 series, and the bottom wall (21) has a thickness at least 2 times greater than that of the side wall (31), preferably at least 2.5 times greater than that of the side wall (31). The invention also relates to the method for producing said culinary article.
