[origin: WO2020234284A1] The invention relates to a device for injecting substances (12) under the epidermis of the skin (6), comprising a vacuum generator (1), a fixed injection needle (8) and a contact part (5) against which the skin is drawn and rests, by the action of the generated vacuum, wherein the contact part (5) is curved inwards such that an edge is formed, wherein the injection needle (8) projects out of the inwardly curved surface of the contact part (5), but not protruding beyond the edge, and a method for injecting tattoo ink, permanent make up or cosmetic agents under the epidermis of the skin (6) by means of the device, comprising the following steps: resting the device on the skin (6); generating a vacuum with the vacuum generator (1) such that the skin (6) is in contact with the contact part (5), wherein the epidermis is pierced by the injection needle (8); injecting the substance (12) under the epidermis; and releasing the vacuum.
