[origin: WO2020236098A1] The invention relates to a furniture fitting (10), in particular a hinge, preferably a flap holder, which has a kinematic assembly (30) with levers and joints and by means of which a door or a flap can be moved from a closed position into an open position. At least some of the joints (32.1, 32.2, 33.1, 34.2, 34.1 35.1, 36.1) and the levers (31, 33, 34, 35, 36) form a joint chain that has at least one stationary joint (35.1, 36.1), the position of which remains unchanged when adjusting the joint chain, wherein the joint chain has a securing lever (31) which is directly or indirectly connected to the door or flap, and a holding device (40) is provided which acts on the joint chain by means of at least one spring element (43). In order to facilitate a stable and compact design, the holding device (40) is directly or indirectly coupled to an actuator (37) via a pivot lever (42), and an adjustment device (37.3) is provided, by means of which the force introduction point of the holding device (40) in a location of the joint chain can be changed by means of an adjustment element (37.4).
