[origin: WO2020236100A1] The invention relates to a furniture fitting (10), in particular a hinge, preferably a flap holder, which has a kinematic assembly (30) with levers and joints and by means of which a door or a flap can be moved from a closed position into an open position. An adjustment assembly (70) acts on the kinematic assembly (30), and the adjustment assembly (70) has an actuator (72) and a holder (73) which can be adjusted relative to the actuator (72), wherein the actuator (72) can be moved by a part of the kinematic assembly (30), and the holder (73) is supported relative to a securing section (51, 53) or another component of the kinematic assembly (30). A wide range of applications is offered to the user with a low number of part using such a furniture fitting if the adjustment assembly (70) has a damping effect between the actuator (72) and the holder (73) by means of a damper (71) in a first operating mode, and a spring force acting opposite the damping direction is applied directly or indirectly onto the actuator (72) and the holder (73) by means of a clamping spring (74) in a second operating mode.
