[origin: WO2020245533A1] Fluid product refill (R) for filling a bottle (F) provided with a threaded neck (C), the refill (R) comprising: a flexible pouch (P) comprising an opening, a dispensing assembly (D1; D2) comprising a sealing appendage (11; 11') and a threaded connection sleeve (22; 22') adapted for the screwing of the threaded neck (C) of the bottle (F), the dispensing assembly (D1; D2) comprising: an insert (1; 1') forming the sealing appendage (11; 11'), a passage (10), and also a camway (120) or an external thread (120'), and - a stopper (2; 2') forming the threaded connection sleeve (22; 22'), and also a cam profile (210) or an internal thread (210') engaging with the camway (120) or the external thread (120'), respectively, wherein the stopper (2; 2') is initially in sealed engagement with the insert (1; 1') so as to close off the passage (10), the cam profile (210) or internal thread (210') moving in the camway (120) or external thread (120') subsequent to the threaded neck (C) of the bottle (F) being screwed into the threaded connection sleeve (22; 22'), so as to open the passage (10).
