Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2020240100A1] The invention relates to a strip applicator for joining two plasterboards. The applicator comprises a tank of covering material, in which the strip is unwound. The tank has an inlet gap for the strip which is arranged between a free end of a rear wall of the tank and a first free end of a lower wall of the tank. The free end of the rear wall (7) of the tank and the first free end of the lower wall of the tank comprise a cylinder (7al-8al) having a cross-section (DI) greater than a thickness (EI) of the wall to which each cylinder is attached, each cylinder being covered by a removable protection sleeve (201-202) having an internal cross-section which complements the cylinder which the sleeve covers, each protection sleeve having a longitudinal opening (201a-202a) which is delimited by two blocking edges (201b-202b) against the wall carrying the cylinder which the sleeve covers.
