[origin: WO2020245148A1] The invention relates to a sleeve-shaped outer part (12) formed from a blank cut (13), the blank cut (13) being wound to form a jacket and end portions (14, 15) being connected to one another in an overlap region (16). A predetermined separating region (22) comprises an actuating means (25) having a grasping portion (27) for splitting open separating portions (23, 24) located on both sides. The grasping portion (27) is laterally distanced by an offset (31), in the circumferential direction, from the separating portions (23, 24), which extend toward each other, and from an imaginary straight connecting line (26) between the separating portions. Between each grasping portion end (28, 29) and an associated end (32, 33) of the separating portions (23, 24), a separate predetermined separating portion (34, 35) is formed in the jacket of the outer part (12). The invention also relates to a combination packaging container (1), comprising a cup-shaped inner container (2) with an outer part (12) of this kind, and to a method for splitting open the predetermined separating region (22) and separating the outer part (12) from the inner container (2).
