[origin: WO2020249224A1] The disclosure relates to a washing appliance (100) configured to heat water supplied to the washing appliance (100) by utilizing heated process water drained from a compartment (104) of the washing appliance (100) arranged to accommodate goods to be cleaned. The washing appliance (100) comprises a tank (108) configured to contain the water being supplied to the compartment (104) of the washing appliance (100), a valve (106) configured to be in fluid communication with said tank (108) to control a flow of the water contained in the tank (108) being supplied to the compartment (104) of the washing appliance (100), a fresh water conduit (113) extending inside the tank (108), the fresh water conduit (113) being configured to transport the water supplied to the washing appliance (100), a drain water conduit (110) configured to transport the drained heated process water, the drain water conduit (110) being arranged to extend inside, and coaxially with, the fresh water conduit (113) inside the tank (108).
