[origin: WO2021009452A1] The present invention relates to a UWB pulse emitter comprising an H-bridge, said bridge having a first branch (310b) and a second branch (320b) in parallel, a first end common to the first and second branches being connected to a first amplitude control module (330) designed to regulate a high voltage, a second end common to the first and second branches being connected to a second amplitude control module (370) designed to regulate a low voltage. The UWB emitter also comprises a first envelope control module (320) designed to control the shape of the positive portion of a UWB pulse and a second envelope control module (360) designed to control the shape of the negative portion of this pulse. The first branch comprises a first switch (313) and a second switch (317) for respectively switching the high voltage to a first input of the first envelope control module and the low voltage to a first output of the second envelope control module. The second branch also comprises a first switch (323) and a second switch (327) for respectively switching the high voltage to a second input of the first envelope control module and the low voltage to a second output of the second envelope control module. The centre tap of the first (respectively second) branch connects the first (respectively second) output of the first envelope control module and the first (respectively second) input of the second envelope control module. The UWB antenna (350) is connected between the respective centre taps (315, 325) of the first and second branches.
