The gate (3) has an inclined surface (9) along which the pin (4) slides, under the influence of exterior acceleration forces, in the direction (16) of a stop (7) located on the container or lid (2), in order to bring the lever (5) into a position in which the movement of the container or lid (2) is blocked.
