[origin: WO2021001179A1] The invention relates to a battery pack for a hand-held electric power tool, wherein the battery pack comprises a housing shell and a core pack that is received in the housing shell. The housing shell is cast with a casting compound which dissipates heat from the core pack. The casting compound being introduced into the housing shell in at least two layer with a first layer and a second layer.
