[origin: WO2021001630A1] The invention relates to a safe cooling assembly (1) comprising a refrigeration unit (2) provided in a building, the refrigeration unit (2) comprising a cooling system (3) as well as a frame (4) enclosing the cooling system (3), the frame (4) comprising an external upper surface (5) which is substantially horizontal and forms a platform (6) on which an operator (7) can stand in order to carry out maintenance on the refrigeration unit (2), the cooling assembly (1) further comprising a guard rail (10) extending around and/or along the periphery of the external upper surface (5) to prevent the operator (7) from falling. The invention is particularly suitable for the safe maintenance of refrigeration units.
