The invention also relates to a method for producing an aroma concentrate, an eluate enriched with a flavouring and/or fragrance, or an aroma concentrate and/or fragrance concentrate that can be produced according to the claimed methods, to the use of said type of enriched eluate or said type of aroma concentrate and/or fragrance concentrate as well as products comprising the claimed enriched eluate or the claimed aroma concentrate and/or fragrance concentrate.
