[origin: WO2021004713A1] The invention relates to devices for producing granulated urea with a low biuret content, comprising a synthesizing unit, an evaporator unit, a feed pump, a granulation unit, and multiple lines with different diameters or different or identical cross-sectional areas through which the urea can be guided from the evaporator unit to the granulation unit. The diameter or the cross-sectional area of the lines is dimensioned such that an optimal dwell time of the urea in the line can be ensured using one or more lines with a full load as well as with a partial load. Additional aspects of the invention relate to the use of corresponding devices for producing granulated urea with a low biuret content and to methods for producing granulated urea using the aforementioned devices.
