[origin: WO2021005313A1] Installation for disgorging bottles of sparkling wine, comprising a passageway (3) extending along an overall axis (X) for guiding bottles (9) that are to be disgorged, between an inlet zone (31) and an exit zone (32) of the installation, a system (1) for moving the bottles along the passageway, a disgorging station (5) with a cap-removal member configured to remove the cap present on the neck of the bottle, the passageway being such that each bottle is oriented in a predetermined way at the disgorging station, the bottle axis A at this point making a predetermined angle (θd) with a horizontal plane, the bottle axis A being defined in an oriented manner as extending from the centre of the bottom towards the centre of the neck, and in the inlet zone of the installation, each bottle is introduced at an orientation such that its axis (A) forms at least 90° with the upward local vertical axis (Z), and preferably with its head down.
