Abstract (en)

The present disclosure relates to a button integrated seat hinge, including a hinge tube and a fixed seat, the fixed seat is provided with a hinge shaft, a button assembly and a buffer assembly are arranged in the hinge tube, and the button assembly is provided with a driving inclined plane; the buffer assembly includes a hinge body, a transverse locking member and a locking reset spring, and the transverse locking member is provided with a base body, a locking piece, an elastic clamp piece and a pushing rod. The end of the pushing rod is provided with a conical pushing surface which matches with the driving inclined surface; the conical pushing surface can be matched with the driving inclined plane at any angle, which can greatly reduce the requirements of machining accuracy and assembly accuracy, and improve the smoothness of mechanical matching. The end of the elastic clamp piece is provided with a locking protrusion, and the hinge body is provided with a locking slot matching the locking protrusion. The transverse locking member is driven by the the button assembly to move outwards to make the locking protrusion connect with the locking slot in a snap-fit when the button assembly is pressed. Such that it can be disassembled without pressing the button assembly all the time, the operation is simple and convenient, and the design is ingenious.
