Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2021013421A1] The invention relates to a method for producing a polyurethane film, comprising the steps of: providing a mass, comprising a high-solids polyurethane system, having a solids portion of at least 80% composed of an isocyanate prepolymer or a mixtures of polyols and isocyanates and a solids cross-linker based on an amine, and a silicone system, containing an addition-crosslinking silicone, which comprises polymers and oligomers bearing silane groups and vinyl groups, and containing a platinum catalyst, the high-solids polyurethane system and the silicone system being mixed with each other, the reaction temperature of the high-solids polyurethane system lying above the reaction temperature of the silicone system; applying the mass to a substrate; heating and gelling the mass applied to the substrate, by supplying heat, to form a film, a primary silicone network first being formed from the silicone system, in which primary silicone network the high-solids polyurethane system is crosslinked with increasing temperature.
