L'invention se rapporte à un ressort-spiral (1) pour mécanisme résonateur d'horlogerie, le ressort-spiral (1) s'étendant sensiblement dans un plan et comprenant une lame flexible (2) enroulée sur elle-même selon plusieurs spires et des moyens de réglage pour modifier la longueur effective de la lame enroulée (2), les moyens de réglage comportant une pince (3) déplaçable le long d'au moins une partie finissante (6) du ressort-spiral (1), la pince (3) s'étendant sensiblement dans le plan du ressort-spiral (1), la pince (3) comprenant deux faces d'appui (4, 5) sont agencées de part et d'autre de la lame enroulée (2) en une multiplicité de positions de manière à définir une longueur effective variable du ressort-spiral (1), la pince (3) et la lame enroulée (2) étant reliées l'une à l'autre par un élément flexible (7) permettant de déplacer la pince (3) et les faces d'appui (4, 5) le long de la lame enroulée (2).
