[origin: WO2021019313A1] A bicompartmental knee prosthesis (100, 100') or bicondylar prosthesis adapted to be fixed to a femur, the prosthesis (100, 100') comprising a first portion (1, 1') adapted to define at least part of a medial femoral condyle; a second portion (2, 2') adapted to define at least part of a lateral femoral condyle; an interconnecting portion (3, 3') which integrally connects the first portion (1, T) and the second portion (2, 2') to each other; the prosthesis (100, 100') being shaped so as to be adapted to leave the native trochlea at least partially uncovered; characterized in that, along the same axis (X), a length (d1) of the first portion (1, 1') is greater than a length (d2) of the second portion (2, 2').
