[origin: US2022171336A1] A spiral spring, in particular for a horological resonator mechanism, the spiral spring (30) extending substantially in a plane, the spiral spring (30) including a flexible strip (2) coiled on itself in a plurality of turns, the strip (2) having a predefined rigidity, the spiral spring (30) including means for adjusting its rigidity, wherein the adjustment means comprise a flexible element (5) in direct contact with the strip (2), the flexible element (5) preferably having a rigidity greater than that of the strip (2), the adjustment means including prestressing means (6) for applying a variable force or torque to the flexible element (5) so as to vary the rigidity of the flexible element (5).

L'invention concerne un ressort-spiral, notamment pour un mécanisme résonateur d'horlogerie, le ressort-spiral (30) comprenant un ruban flexible (2) enroulé sur lui-même selon plusieurs spires, le ruban (2) ayant une rigidité prédéfinie, le ressort-spiral (30) comportant des moyens d'ajustement de sa rigidité, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'ajustement comportent un élément flexible (5) en contact direct avec le ruban (2), l'élément flexible (5) ayant de préférence une rigidité supérieure à celle du ruban (2), les moyens d'ajustement comportant des moyens de précontrainte (6) pour appliquer une force ou un couple variable sur l'élément flexible (5) de manière à faire varier la rigidité l'élément flexible (5).L'invention concerne aussi un mécanisme résonateur d'horlogerie comprenant un tel ressort-spiral.
