[origin: WO2021028167A1] The invention relates to a screw cap (20) having a screw cap edge (202), wherein a tamper-proof strip (21) is arranged opposite the screw cap edge (202), and at least one connecting element (23), running between the screw cap edge (202) and an edge of the tamper-proof strip (21) facing the screw cap edge (202), is produced as part of the screw cap (20), the at least one connecting element (23) being produced integrally with the tamper-proof strip (21) and a lateral wall (201), it being achieved that, even after the screw cap has been screwed off and screwed on multiple times, the at least one connecting element never undesirably protrudes radially away from the screw cap edge (202) and, after opening, the screw cap does not interfere with pouring. This is achieved in that, along the at least one connecting element (23), at least one snap hinge (24) is formed on a screw cap edge portion (233) facing the screw cap edge (202), said at least one snap hinge running on the surface of the at least one connecting element (23) that faces toward the central longitudinal axis (L), and/or at least one snap hinge (24) is formed on the tamper-proof strip (21) along a curved tamper-proof strip cut-out portion, said snap hinge running on the surface of the tamper-proof strip (21) that faces toward the longitudinal axis (L).
