Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2021023519A1] The invention relates to a manufacturing system (1) for manufacturing a stator (2) for an electric machine, in particular an electric motor, wherein the stator (2) has a main part (3) and a plurality of bent and/or straight bar conductors (4), and the manufacturing system (1) has the following: - a bending machine (5) for bending free ends (6) of the bar conductors (4), - a spreading machine (7) for spreading the free ends (6) of the bar conductors (4) in the radial direction, - a welding machine (8) for welding the free ends (6) of at least two bar conductors (4), and - a holding device (9) for the stator (2). The holding device (9) has at least one first set of fingers (10) for engaging between the bar conductors (4) at a first end face (11) of the main part (3), and the holding device (9) can be secured to the bending machine (5), the spreading machine (7), and the welding machine (8). The manufacturing system facilitates an accelerated and inexpensive manufacture of stators with bar conductors.
