Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2021028454A1] The invention relates to a device (1; 1a; 1b) for removing a fluid from a container, in particular for removing a drink from a drinks bottle, comprising a main body (2; 2a; 2b) provided with a through-channel (7; 7a; 7b) for the fluid and having a connection section (4; 4a; 4b) designed for being fluidically connected to the container. As intended, the connection section (4; 4a; 4b) is provided to surround a fluid removal section of the container. Advantageously, the fluid removal section of the container, which can have in particular a circumferential protrusion, can be engaged around and optionally engaged behind. A particularly stable and removable fitting is possible. The invention also relates to a drinks container.
