The timepiece comprises a rotating bezel with N stable angular positions mounted on a center piece and a magnetic device (20) comprising a first set of Z1 magnets (22) carried by the rotating bezel and a second set of Z2 magnets (24) carried by the center piece. The first and second sets of magnets are each circularly arranged such that there is a magnetic interaction therebetween that generates a magnetic resistance torque on the rotating bezel over at least part of the angular pitch when the rotating bezel is rotationally driven from any of N stable angular positions. The numbers Z1 and Z2 are greater than one and less than N. The Z1 magnets and the Z2 magnets are angularly distributed in such a way that the reluctance torque has a change dependent on the stable angular position of the rotating bezel. Advantageously, the variation is periodic. Preferably, the change occurs between substantially two non-zero values.
