[origin: WO2021038481A1] An exoskeleton configured to be worn by a user and comprising a plurality of modular vertebral elements (1) connected together along a longitudinal axis by flexible connecting means, each vertebral element (1) comprising a central body (10) provided with a supporting surface (100) on the user's body and a free surface (101) opposite said supporting surface. The exoskeleton comprises a cable (2) engaged with at least two vertebral elements (1), at least some vertebral elements (1) being provided with means for guiding said cable (2) and with a spacing member of said guiding means from said free surface (101).
