[origin: WO2021161056A1] The invention relates to an item of furniture (1) comprising a first and a second side wall (2, 3), a rear wall (4), a base arrangement (5), and a cover arrangement (6) which delimit a receiving space (8). An opening (7) is provided between the first and the second side wall (2, 3) and in a closed position is closable by a closure flap (10). The closure flap (10) comprises a first and a second guide device (11, 12). A first and a second suspension frame (20, 21) are arranged on an upper end face (2a) of the first and second side wall (2, 3), respectively, and point in the direction of the cover arrangement (6). The first and second guide device (11, 12) are arranged in the region of a first and second side, respectively, of the closure flap (10) and are in mechanical contact with the first and second suspension frame (20, 21), respectively, over the entire movement path of the closure flap (10) from the open position into the closed position.
