[origin: WO2021042067A1] A system and method for clustering mobile device end users using a computer network in which location and speed information is received from a mobile device of a user. A determination is then made as to whether the user is moving below a predetermined speed and whether the user has remained within a predetermined distance from the location during a predetermined amount of time. A location attribute is determined for the location of mobile device of the user whereby a plurality of locations attributes associated with the user are aggregated in association with the user. A profile may then be determined for the user based on the aggregated location attributes for the user. Additionally, a user' s health wellness may be determined based on the aggregated location attributes for the user.
