[origin: WO2021043521A1] The invention relates to an attachment (1) for securing to a steam outlet opening of a steam generator (100) designed to treat articles of clothing, wherein the attachment (1) is used to enrich the steam from the steam generator (100) flowing through the attachment (1) with at least one active agent, and the attachment (1) has a steam-permeable front cover (10) which is made of a first material and at least partly delimits a receiving chamber for a carrier element (70) provided with the active agent. The invention is characterized in that at least one ironing element (50) made of a second material is arranged on a front cover (10) outer face (12) facing outwards, said second material having a higher degree of thermal conductivity than the first material.
