According to the invention, the damper mount is provided with a longitudinal axis (Z), with a metal core (200) having a central core hole (230) along the longitudinal axis (Z) for receiving an element (30) to be damped and having a first and a second convex core contact surface (210, 220), and with a damping unit (100), which extends at least partly around the metal core (200) having the core hole (230) in such a way that the core hole (230) remains free, the damping unit (100) having a third and a fourth concave contact surface (116, 117), which lie against the first and second core contact surfaces (210, 220) of the metal core (200), respectively, and the damping unit being produced from an elastically deformable material, in particular a volume-compressible material.
