[origin: WO2022152645A1] The invention relates to a capping device (1) comprising: - a base (9) intended to be attached to a container (2); - a cap (8) comprising an upper wall and an outer peripheral skirt (11); and - a hinge device comprising at least one first strip (19) connecting the outer peripheral skirt (11) of the cap (8) to the base (9, 109), wherein the outer peripheral skirt (11) has a first notched portion (21), the first strip (19) is attached to the upper edge (23) of the first notched portion (21) and the cap (8) further comprises at least a first tamperproof web (29).

L'invention concerne un dispositif de bouchage (1) comportant :- une base (9) destinée à être fixée à un récipient (2);- un bouchon (8) comportant une paroi supérieure et une jupe périphérique externe (11); et- un dispositif d'articulation comportant au moins une première lamelle (19) reliant la jupe périphérique externe (11) du bouchon (8) à la base (9, 109), la jupe périphérique externe (11) présentant une première portion échancrée (21) ladite première lamelle (19) étant liée au bord supérieur (23) de la première portion échancrée (21), le bouchon (8) comportant, en outre, au moins un premier voile anti-intrusion (29).
