[origin: WO2021048475A1] A control method is implemented in a vehicle comprising a first combustion drive machine and a second non-combustion drive machine and supplied with power by a power storage device. Said method comprises a step (10-60) of determining a subdivision of the vehicle's path into parts associated with different average traffic speeds and percentages within said path, subsequently determining the power required to complete the path using the second drive machine according to said associated parts and percentages and, depending on whether the power required is less than or greater than the available power, subsequently using a first or second starting torque threshold of the first drive machine, promoting movement of the vehicle by means of the second drive machine or by means of the first drive machine.
