Abstract (en)
An obstacle detection method and system, a computer device, and a storage medium are provided. The method includes: dividing a target parking space into a plurality of grids to create a grid map; starting continuously detecting during parking whether an obstacle is present in a parking path; if yes, increasing probability values of one or more grids where the detected obstacle is located by a first value, and decreasing probability values of one or more grids en route from the ultrasonic detection device to the obstacle by a second value, until the vehicle meets a preset stop condition; selecting one or more grids with probability values exceeding a probability threshold from the grid map, and grouping the same into one or more clusters; and selecting one or more grids with probability values meeting a preset condition from the one or more clusters as a final position of the obstacle.
