Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2021052778A1] The invention relates to a mattress (1) with a lying surface (2) for a user. The mattress comprises a mattress core and a knitted spacer fabric (14) arranged on the mattress core. According to the invention, the mattress core (13) has multiple vibration cavities (15), each of which is designed as a cavity or a channel for introducing a vibration device in the form of a vibration rod and which are arranged in a region below the lying surface (2) so as to run parallel to one another in a transverse direction of the lying surface (2), wherein when the mattress (1) is used as intended, the lower limbs of a mattress (1) user lying in the supine position on the lying surface (2) are located in said region such that the vibration rod can be introduced into a vibration cavity (15) located below the center of the calves of the user in order to adapt the position of the vibration rod to the individual body dimensions of the user and the position of the user lying on the lying surface.
