A sanitary water dispenser, adapted to be applied to a pipeline provided with one or more water delivery outlets, which dispenser comprises a conduit (3) made of a material permeable to electromagnetic waves and adapted to be placed in fluidic connection with one of the outlets of the pipeline, heating means operating by means of electromagnetic waves and designed to heat the flow within said conduit (3) in a controlled manner, electrical power supply means for said heating means which comprise generation means for generating radio frequency waves and their transformation into electrical energy for the power supply of said heating means.
