[origin: WO2021064288A1] The invention relates to a chamber (1) and method for changing temperature of food products. The chamber (1) comprises a food compartment (6) having an inlet (61) and an outlet (62) and at least one channel (60) extending between the inlet (61) and the outlet (62) allowing gas flow through the food compartment (6), a primary flow channel (20) extending between the inlet (61) and the outlet (62) of the food compartment (6); at least one temperature changing device (2) arranged to change temperature of gas coming from the food compartment (6), a recirculation flow channel (30) extending between the inlet (61) and the outlet (62) of the food compartment (6); and at least one recirculation fan (3) arranged to recirculate part of the gas flow coming through the food compartment (6).
