Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2021069830A1] The invention relates to a prefabricated compressible building block (1) having elasto-plastic behaviour having an elastic threshold of between 1 and 2 MPa and a plastic plateau of the order of 40 to 75% deformation at a non-zero load and maximum of 4 MPa, the block comprising longitudinal channels (2) having a first open end, the channels (2) defining voids occupying 40 to 75% of the total volume of the building block. The invention also relates to an arch stone having an extrados covered with a building block or with a plurality of such building blocks as described.
