[origin: WO2021069623A1] The invention relates to a method for allowing a user (1) to send, to an online service (2), an electronic copy of a physical document, by means of a portable telecommunication terminal (3) incorporating a device for capturing images, said method providing for: communication, by the user, of a coordinate allowing a telecommunication to be set up with said portable terminal; a message (11) comprising an interactive link to be sent to said portable terminal by means of said coordinate; a page that comprises an interactive link to be displayed on the portable terminal (3) with a view to allowing an image of the physical document to be captured by means of the capturing device of said portable terminal; and said captured image to be sent to the online service (2) by way of electronic copy of said physical document.
