The apparatus holder (100) for a luminaire (1) is formed by a sheet metal part which has a plate-shaped segment (101) through which two mutually opposite mounting regions are formed, wherein a first of the two mounting regions is used for the arrangement of luminous means, in particular for the arrangement of LED boards (130),and the second mounting region, which is opposite to the first mounting region, is used for the arrangement of at least one driver (140, 141) for powering the luminous means. The plate-shaped segment(101) has integrally formed spacers (110) which project from the plane of the plate-shaped segment (101) into one of the two mounting regions and form elevated bearing surfaces (111) for the illuminant means or the driver (140, 141).

Ein Geräteträger (100) für eine Leuchte (1) ist durch ein Blechteil gebildet, welches einen plattenförmigen Bereich (101) aufweist, durch den zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Montagebereiche gebildet werden, wobei ein erster der beiden Montagebereiche für die Anordnung von Leuchtmitteleinheiten, insbesondere für die Anordnung von LED-Platinen (130) vorgesehen ist und wobei der zweite Montagebereich, der dem ersten Montagebereich gegenüberliegt, für die Anordnung zumindest eines Betriebsgeräts (140, 141) zur Stromversorgung der Leuchtmitteleinheiten vorgesehen ist. Der plattenförmige Bereich (101) weist integral ausgebildete Abstandshalter (110) auf, welche von der Ebene des plattenförmigen Bereichs (101) in einen der beiden Montagebereiche hervorstehen und erhöhte Auflageflächen (111) für die Leuchtmitteleinheiten oder das Betriebsgerät (140, 141) bildet.
