[origin: WO2021073672A1] The invention relates to a fibre-moulding facility (100) for producing moulded parts (10) made of fibre material, which is degradable in an environmentally friendly fashion, by means of a fibre-moulding process, the facility comprising at least one first pulp reservoir (6a, 6b) for providing at least one first pulp as a liquid solution with fibre material which is degradable in an environmentally friendly fashion; a suction tool (2), which is mounted on a movement unit (4), comprises a plurality of suction heads each having a three-dimensionally shaped suction-head suction side adapted to a contour of the moulded part (10) to be moulded, and designed to mould the moulded part (10) in the suction heads by means of an at least partial immersion of the suction tool (2) into the first pulp and suction from the first pulp of the fibre material onto the relevant suction-head suction sides of the suction heads by means of negative pressure; an output unit (50) for outputting the finished moulded part (10); and a control unit (60), which is designed to perform the method on the fibre-moulding facility (100). The fibre-moulding facility (100) is additionally designed to apply and/or to dispense a functional layer or a layer system consisting of a number of functional layers and/or a further layer made of fibre material onto a surface of the moulded part (10) to be coated.
