[origin: WO2021074280A1] The invention relates to a building ventilation device for installing in a wall through-opening comprising: a wall installation housing having a support frame (10), the rear side of which forms a contact surface (11) for contacting a wall; and a ventilation duct (20), which can be inserted into the wall through-opening. The support frame (10) has a connection collar (12), which is perpendicular to the contact surface (11) and surrounds a ventilation opening (13). At least at each of two opposite points of the connection collar (12), at least one joint point (16) is formed. The ventilation duct (20) has two opposite joint points (21), which can each be coupled to a joint point (16) of the support frame (10). The outer cross-section of the ventilation channel (20) is reduced, in comparison with the open cross-section in the connection collar (12), to such an extent that the ventilation channel (20) coupled to the support frame (10) by means of the joint points (16, 21) can be oriented at an inclination with respect to a surface normal of the contact surface (11).
