[origin: WO2021078830A1] The invention concerns a dental implant (1) that comprises an integrated indexing system allowing the implant to be correctly positioned by the surgeon such that it can be useful prosthetically, comprising a main portion (2), directed along a longitudinal axis (50), and a top portion (3), the main portion (2) extending from a distal end (4) of the implant to the top portion (3), the top portion (3) extending to a proximal end (5) of the implant opposite the distal end and being provided with a zone for fastening a device (100) for mounting the implant, characterised in that the top portion (3) comprises, at the proximal end (5), an emerging face having an elliptical contour and defined by the intersection of a cylinder having a circular cross-section centred on the longitudinal axis with a cutting plane inclined relative to a radial direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.
