The centrifugal fan (100) includes a volute (101) having a mounting space (1011) in the volute (101); and a fan wheel (102) arranged in the mounting space (1011), in which the volute (101) is provided with a volute tongue (1012) and a throat (1013), and a distance between the volute tongue (1012) and the fan wheel (102) is greater than a distance between the throat (1013) and the fan wheel (102). The fan can reduce the working noise, slow down the air leakage of the volute and increase the air output volume.
