Abstract (en)

[origin: US2022240092A1] Embodiments of the present application provide a pseudo base station recognition method and apparatus, a terminal device, and a network device. The method comprises: a terminal device receives first measurement configuration sent from a network device and reports to the network device the cell identification information of a first cell on the basis of the first measurement configuration, the cell identification information being used by the network device to determine whether the first cell is a pseudo base station cell and/or a recognized unconfigured neighboring cell; and the terminal device receives second measurement configuration sent from the network device and reports to the network device a hash value of system broadcast information of a second cell on the basis of the second measurement configuration, the hash value being used by the network device to determine whether the second cell is a pseudo base station cell.
