The cloth contains a liquid-retentive base material in the form of a fibre blend. The fibre blend comprises positively-charged regenerate-material cellulose fibres, synthetic thermal bonded fibres, and synthetic microfibres. The invention also relates to a dispenser and to a cleaning device comprising the cloth.
